Job summary

HOCHTIEF (UK) Construction Limited in Swindon is seeking a Senior Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor to lead HSE across head office and project locations. You will work with all departments to ensure top health, safety and environmental standards are met and drive continual improvement.

The role includes data trend analysis, meeting minutes, and collaboration with the Training Coordinator to ensure training competencies are captured at induction and maintained in the skills matrix.

Qualifications

• Relevant health and safety memberships at senior level (e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH, IEMA, CQI) and extensive HSE experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with all departments and projects to uphold HSE standards and drive continual improvement.
• Produce and analyse data trends and generate internal and external meeting minutes.
• Collaborate with Training Coordinator to capture induction competencies and maintain the training skills matrix.
