Job summary

Galliford Try is seeking a Senior HS&E Advisor to support the Framework HS&E Manager across health, safety and environmental aspects. You will lead a team of HS&E Advisors and drive consistent, compliant delivery on projects in Grangemouth, Inverness and surrounding areas.

You will implement the HS&E strategy, provide expert guidance, and act as deputy when required, delivering improvements and reporting metrics to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant HS&E experience within a similar industry, ideally infrastructure or regulated environments.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience within HS&E.
• Proven HS&E management, risk and legal framework knowledge.
• Experience delivering HS&E through project lifecycles and developing learning programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support HS&E Advisors, delivering professional advice and direction.
• Support HS&E strategy implementation and drive performance across projects.
• Act as deputy to Framework HS&E Manager when required and report on KPIs.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers and regulators to manage risk and compliance.
• Support incident investigations and ensure timely close-out of actions.
