IG Group Ltd in London seeks a Senior HRBP to partner Product, Technology and Operations and lead a small team of two HR Business Partners in Kraków and Bangalore. You will guide senior leadership on strategic workforce initiatives, organisation design and complex employee relations with a focus on performance and culture.

You will operate in a high-growth fintech environment, shaping the operating model and ensuring decisions align with cost and risk.

Formación

• Significant HR business partnering experience at executive level.
• Experience supporting Product and Tech teams.
• Proven track record in organisational change and design.
• Deep employee relations capability and judgement for senior, cross-border cases.
• Strong employment law knowledge for at least one market.
• Commercial credibility and the ability to connect decisions to cost and risk.
• Ability to challenge senior leaders constructively and hold positions.
• Experience coaching or developing others; line-management is an advantage.
• Experience working across locations and cultures.
• Experience in financial services or fintech is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Partner senior leaders – Be the trusted People partner to your leadership team, in the room for decisions that matter.
• Coach senior leaders on leadership, team dynamics and tough calls under pressure.
• Manage competing priorities across several senior stakeholders with pace and trust.
• Lead, coach and develop two HR Partners in Kraków and Bangalore to ensure consistent quality.
• Lead organisation design and change from first conversation to final implementation.
• Advise leaders on operating model, structure, spans, layers and job design.
• Own the hardest employee relations work, including senior and cross-border cases.
• Set the bar on culture and performance and drive accountability for results.
