Reuters in London is seeking a Global HR Business Partner to support leaders in Product and Product Engineering, combining strategic partnering with programme and analytical support.

You will coach leaders, drive the belonging and inclusion agenda, and collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to implement talent solutions, workforce planning, and complex people issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven broader HR experience in an HRBP role.
• Experience in a large, complex or matrixed organisation.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience delivering HR projects or programmes alongside business partnering responsibilities.
• Experience with Workday or HRIS and data analytics.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and develop a strong understanding of their business, people and priorities.
• Provide strategic thought partnership, coaching and constructive challenge to guide organisational change.
• Support workforce planning, talent, compensation and performance processes.
• Drive belonging and inclusion across HR levers to build a world-class culture of talent.
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to design and deliver talent programmes and solutions.
• Lead or support strategic projects and coordinate activities across the HRBP team.
