Job summary

IG Group in London seeks a Senior HRBP for Tech, Product and Ops to lead executive partnering across a c. 500-person area, including teams in Kraków and Bangalore. You will drive organisational change, coach senior leaders and oversee complex ER matters in a regulated fintech environment.

You will partner with the leadership team, balance business needs with people risks, and raise the bar on culture and performance while developing two HRBPs to deliver consistent, high-quality partnering.

Qualifications

• Senior HRBP experience, partnering executives at or near board level.
• Proven ability to lead organisational change and design.
• Deep employee relations capability across multiple markets.
• Commercial credibility and ability to connect people decisions to risk and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner senior leaders, coach on leadership and team dynamics.
• Lead restructures from first discussion to implementation with care.
• Own employee relations for senior and cross-border cases with ER and Legal support.
• Shape culture and performance agendas and ensure managers own improvement.
• Lift the wider People function by scaling programmes across locations.
