Thomson Reuters (Professional) UK Ltd is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our Global HR Business Partnering team, supporting Product and Product Engineering leaders. You will partner on strategy, coaching, workforce planning and data-driven people insights.

You will drive inclusion, coordinate HR activities, and work with the wider HRBP team to deliver talent programmes and organisational change in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Proven HRBP experience, ideally at management level.
• Experience in large, complex or matrix organisations.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management.
• Ability to advise on policy and complex people matters.
• Experience delivering HR projects alongside business partnering.
• Experience building or improving processes.
• Strong data and analytical skills with Workday, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organisational prioritisation and multi-deadline management.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ownership mindset with proactive collaboration.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Interest in Product and Product Engineering functions.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and understand their business, people and priorities.
• Provide strategic thought partnership, coaching and guidance on organisational change.
• Support workforce planning, compensation, performance management and other HR processes.
• Drive belonging and inclusion across HR levers to build a world-class culture.
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to design talent programmes and solutions.
• Manage strategic projects and coordinate activities across the HRBP team.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and centralise processes.
• Analyse people data using Workday/Excel/AI analytics and translate to recommendations.
• Anticipate deadlines and emerging priorities for the team.
• Lead or support M&A due diligence and integration as required.
• Balance day-to-day partnering with broader team responsibilities.
