Job summary

Capital One in London invites a Senior HR Business Partner to translate business needs into people strategies, shaping culture and driving growth. You will report to Head of HRBP & DIB and act as a strategic advisor across a hybrid London-Nottingham presence.

Lead workforce planning, partner with senior leaders, and champion Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging while delivering key HR initiatives, performance management, and leadership development across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior HRBP experience in global, 1,000+ employee organisations.
• Experience partnering with technology client groups in professional services.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to derive strategic insights from data.
• CIPD Level7 or MSc in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consulting to deliver workforce planning and HR strategy.
• Build partnerships with senior leaders as trusted coach and advisor.
• Champion organisational development, change management and culture initiatives.
• Advance Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging across HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with the HRBP team on enterprise-wide HR projects.
