Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Manager-level HR Transformation and Organisation Design professional to lead large-scale HR change across global clients. You will guide strategy, operating models and HR redesign initiatives, working with multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.

The role requires strong consulting skills, coaching abilities and a passion for innovative HR solutions, including leveraging digital enablement and AI insights.

Formación

• A proven track record delivering large-scale HR transformation programmes.
• Strong consulting acumen with excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis.
• Experience in HR Transformation, HR Optimisation, or HR Operating Model.
• Excellent understanding of HR trends and digital enablers.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across client organisations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR transformation and organisational design programmes for global clients.
• Direct cross-functional delivery teams to achieve HR transformation outcomes.
• Manage client relationships and advise on HR strategy and operating models.
• Coach and mentor Analysts and Consultants to realise potential.
• Facilitate workshops and design thinking sessions with stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development and bid submissions for HR engagements.
