74Software, affiliated with Axway and SBS, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support transformation across our global organisation from its Sheffield base.

You will lead employee relations, partner with senior leaders through change, and use data to inform decisions while ensuring UK employment compliance. This hybrid role requires travel to London and Bristol and offers a supportive culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex global organisation.
• Strong track record in supporting senior leaders through change.
• Experience managing ER matters and employment law considerations.

Position Overview

Location:Sheffield

Hybrid:60% Onsite & 40% Remote. Travel to other UK sites will be required. These will be London and Bristol

Responsibilities

Lead transformation activity ensuring colleagues are supported, engaged and set up for success through change. As a trusted partner, you'll provide insight, constructive challenge and practical, people‑centred solutions.

• Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring outcomes are fair, consistent and legally compliant. Working closely with colleagues you'll help deliver initiatives that enhance performance, boost colleague experience and strengthen organisational capability.

• Focusing on excellence, efficiency, great customer service and continuous improvement, you’ll promote the values and culture of the organisation by acting as a role model ensuring our people are motivated, skilled, engaged and cared for.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ER matters
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and work collaboratively.
• A proactive,analyticaland people‑centred approach, using data andinsight to inform decisions.
• Broad generalist HRexpertiseand the ability to engage specialist input whenrequired.
• Curiosity about emerging HR technology and AI, and the ability to apply these in a practical, value‑adding way.
• CIPD qualified
• Experience of using Workday
