Job summary

Axway in Sheffield is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a hybrid role with 60% onsite and 40% remote; travel to London and Bristol will be required.

You will lead transformation activities, support senior leaders through change, oversee employee relations and drive improvements in performance, culture and colleague experience.

Ideal candidates will have extensive HRBP experience, CIPD qualification and familiarity with Workday.

Overview

Location:Sheffield

Hybrid:60% Onsite & 40% Remote. Travel to other UK sites will be required. These will be London and Bristol

Responsibilities

Lead transformation activity ensuring colleagues are supported, engaged and set up for success through change. As a trusted partner, you'll provide insight, constructive challenge and practical, people‑centred solutions.

• Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring outcomes are fair, consistent and legally compliant. Working closely with colleagues you'll help deliver initiatives that enhance performance, boost colleague experience and strengthen organisational capability.
