Assured Data Protection is a global leader in data backup and disaster recovery managed services, specialising in safeguarding against data loss and downtime in the event of a disaster, cyber, or ransomware attack. Our fully managed services include immutable backup, disaster recovery, and cyber resiliency to protect data on-premises and in the cloud, with 24/7/365 expert support.
We are seeking a growth minded HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategic people initiatives with day-to-day operational HR delivery. This person will part of the larger HR organisation but will be the only HRBP in our UK office, alongside our Learning and Development Team. The remainder of the HR team sits in the US.
This role owns the full employee lifecycle, partnering closely with leaders across the organisation to drive employee engagement, talent development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and organisational effectiveness.
The successful candidate will be a member of the HR team, a trusted advisor to leadership and a hands-on practitioner capable of delivering HR activities independently.
