Job summary

Frazer Jones, on behalf of a Birmingham-based client, is seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Manager on a 6-month contract to lead the function across the employee lifecycle and drive operational excellence.

You will develop a culture of continuous improvement and customer service, partner with HR Systems and Payroll, establish KPIs, and influence senior stakeholders while delivering end-to-end HR services. Hybrid working: 3 days at the office.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading HR Shared Services or HR Operations.
• Proven track record of process improvement and change delivery.
• Experience managing teams through managers and team leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Shared Services team and develop a high-performance culture.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Partner with HR Systems, Payroll and wider HR teams to deliver end-to-end service delivery.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, service standards and performance metrics.
• Act as senior SME for HR Shared Services processes and best practice.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the Business and influence at all levels.
