Job summary

Frazer Jones, Birmingham-based, is seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Manager on a contract basis for six months. The role leads an established HR Shared Services function and shapes service delivery across the employee lifecycle.

You will partner with HR Systems, Payroll and wider HR teams to drive continuous improvement, KPIs and high-quality customer service in a complex, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading HR Shared Services/HR Operations.
• Proven track record of improving processes and delivering change.
• Experience managing teams through managers and team leaders.

Responsibilities

• Leading, supporting and developing an HR Shared Services team, creating a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance HR processes.
• Partnering with HR Systems, Payroll and wider HR teams to deliver end-to-end service delivery.
• Establishing and monitoring KPIs, service standards and performance metrics.
• Acting as the senior SME for HR Shared Services processes and best practice.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the Business and influencing at all levels.
