Job summary

SF Partners is seeking an Interim Senior HR Advisor to support a restructure and redundancy project across multiple UK sites. Immediate start with a day rate of £175, requiring hands-on expertise and travel across the East Midlands and beyond.

You will manage individual redundancy consultations, prepare documentation, and coordinate proceedings while advising managers to ensure fair processes under UK employment law.

SF is urgently exclusively recruiting for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to support a business through an upcoming restructure and redundancy project. This is a hands‑on interim assignment, supporting and managing individual redundancy consultations across multiple sites. We need someone who has direct experience of this process and can hit the ground running with minimal guidance.
