Job summary

Henlee Resourcing is recruiting an interim HR/ER Advisor for an 8-week assignment in Bath. The role focuses on advising on redundancy consultations, supporting managers through the process, and handling your own caseload with independence.

Location is central Bath with limited on-site days, and the rate is £20–£25 per hour plus holiday entitlement. Immediate start preferred for a short-term project in a busy HR environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting redundancy consultations from an advisory perspective.
• Able to manage individual consultations and pooled consultations.
• Comfortable working independently with support available when needed.

Responsibilities

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this entrepreneurial brand based in Bath with offices across the globe, to recruit an experienced HR / ER Advisor initially for 8 weeks to help on a restructuring project – starting ideally w/c 21st September 2026.

Central Bath (near the bus / train station) with only 2 office days per week

£20 – £25 per hour plus holiday

We’re specifically looking for someone with experience supporting redundancy consultations from an advisory perspective, including supporting managers throughout individual consultations (both pooled and standalone), with a good understanding of the overall process. You will need to be confident / proficient within the above – be confident with your own caseload and working independently, however there will be support around you.
