Qualifications

• Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally retail or hospitality.
• Confident to influence and challenge in a strong ER context.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver the people plan across a regional retail population.
• Partner with managers and leaders by coaching and advising.
• Drive employee engagement, performance, and talent conversations.
• Handle day-to-day ER issues with care.
• Lead and support change programmes.
• Apply a commercial, people-first approach.

Skills

Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager

Strong ER background

Experience working across field and/or head office populations

Natural relationship-builder and coach

Comfortable working independently

CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
