Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex restructures and redundancies.
• Strong Trade Union negotiation experience and industrial relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale organisational restructuring and workforce transformation programmes.
• Manage end-to-end redundancy planning, consultation and implementation.
• Lead Trade Union engagement, collective consultation and negotiations.
• Provide expert advice on Employee Relations matters and employment legislation.
• Advise on public-sector pension arrangements.
• Advise and influence senior stakeholders on people-related risks and solutions.
• Oversee programme delivery, governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
