You will work closely with senior leadership, legal advisors and the people function to deliver a structured workforce transition with professional consultation and strong attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering UK redundancy and consultation programmes, excels in stakeholder management, and can operate at both

Qualifications

• Experience delivering UK redundancy and consultation programmes.
• Background in HR, Employee Relations or People Operations.
• Experience in consulting, restructuring, transformation or change environments is desirable.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to operate at strategic and administrative levels.
• Available immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage a UK workforce restructuring programme.
• Support and administer consultation processes with stakeholders.
• Prepare consultation packs, employee communications and letters.
• Maintain a detailed project plan with milestones.
• Coordinate between HR, leadership, legal, and external parties.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and best practice.
• Support consultation meetings and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain documentation and records throughout the programme.
