KeolisAmey Docklands is seeking a Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager to join our team, collaborating with the Engineering Department to drive people performance, engagement and organisational success.

In this highly visible role you will advise managers on people matters, lead on employee relations, and develop engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and retention initiatives with Centres of Excellence, using data to influence decisions and ensure compliant HR practices.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent employee relations knowledge and employment law expertise.
• Confident influencing and coaching leaders at all levels.
• A proactive, commercial and solutions-focused approach.
• CIPD qualification is a benefit.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders on all people matters.
• Lead on employee relations.
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and retention initiatives working closely with Centres of excellence.
• Use people insights and data to influence decision-making and improve performance.
• Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant and effective.
