United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior People Partner in London or Manchester with hybrid work arrangements. You will partner with leaders across IT, Finance and HR to strengthen teams, shape capability and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.

You will coach leaders, lead talent reviews and succession planning, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Rewards to ensure aligned, future-focused people strategies.

Formación

• 5 years HR business partnering experience with senior leaders.
• Ability to align people priorities to business goals and future capability needs.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders across IT, Finance, HR and central functions to build stronger teams and clearer ways of working.
• Coach leaders, provide thoughtful challenge and support on people, team and leadership priorities.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and development with Talent Management and Talent Development.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to strengthen capability and culture across central functions.
• Work with Total Rewards on fair, competitive reward decisions including salary review and benchmarking.
• Use data and employee feedback to identify risks and improve the employee experience.
• Support organisation design and change activity with focus on leader readiness and clarity.
