A leading company in London is seeking a Standalone HR Manager to enhance their operations and employee engagement within an SME context. The role offers full autonomy in HR and requires a CIPD Level 5 qualification. This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting brand that values their people.

As the Standalone HR Manager for this SME, you will partner with the business to provide operational support across the full employee lifecycle. This will include process improvements, employee engagement, recruitment, advising on best practices in line with policies & procedures, and supporting the creation of practical people plans for the business.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally worked in a standalone SME business.
Be CIPD Level 5 minimum (or equivalent).
Able to work 3 full days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, in the office.
