HR Generalist - Boutique Financial Services

Our client, a highly reputable boutique financial services company, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage their HR functions. This is a standalone role, on a 3-day per week basis, ideal for a highly self-motivated individual.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  2. Manage the entire recruitment process: creating job descriptions with hiring managers, benchmarking salaries, advertising roles, interviewing candidates, extending offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  3. Maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
  4. Lead graduate recruitment campaigns and foster strong relationships.
  5. Provide support, guidance, and advice to line managers on HR and recruitment matters promptly and professionally.
  6. Utilize HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills; be tech-savvy.
Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 4+ years in a similar HR role.
  • Experience in recruitment, including interviewing, sourcing, and pipelining candidates.
  • CIPD qualification.
  • Previous experience managing the entire HR function independently.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, highly organized.
