Part-Time HR Manager | London (EC) | 2 days office-based | Salary: £65,000 FTE (pro rata)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time HR Manager to join a dynamic and expanding business in London. This is a newly created standalone HR role where you’ll have the unique opportunity to establish and shape the HR function from the ground up.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the business’s needs.
  • Lead on all employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and supportive working environment.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and L&D initiatives to help attract and retain talent.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director and leadership team to support business growth and HR strategy.
  • Review and advise on employee benefits, ensuring they remain competitive and fit for purpose.
  • You’ll be supporting approximately 100 full-time employees, bringing your expertise to guide the organisation through a period of change and growth.

What we’re looking for:

  • A senior HR professional with proven experience in a standalone role, within the retail, leisure, or hospitality sectors - Essential
  • Comfortable managing the full HR remit from administrative tasks to strategic leadership and presentations to the Senior Team.
  • A solid understanding of UK Employment Law.
