Job summary

Teltonika Ltd. is expanding its UK presence and is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Manchester. You will lead the local people strategy, ensure compliance with GB employment law, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver a high-performance workforce.

You will own HR policy development, onboarding, employee relations, reporting, and apprenticeship initiatives—while collaborating with HQ and European teams to execute group HR programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a Senior HR Generalist with breadth of HR practice

Responsibilities

• Drive UK growth by delivering a people plan aligned to the 5-year UK strategy
• Oversee performance appraisal system to drive high performance
• Develop local People policies aligned with the Group and local market
• Ensure employment legislation compliance across all people processes
• Provide training and support to line managers with sound HR advice
• Develop employee engagement and retention plans and metrics
• Collaborate with HQ and European teams on global HR initiatives
• Develop strong people analytics reporting for the UK CEO and group
• Handle employee relations cases with ownership and professionalism
• Support apprenticeship programme development where applicable
