Teltonika UK&I is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, business development, technical support and commercial roles. This hands-on, in-house role involves understanding needs, sourcing, assessment and offer coordination with a data-led approach.

You will report to the UK HR Manager and collaborate with the European TA team, with a hybrid working policy and office in Salford, Greater Manchester.

This role will play a key part in building a strong team by attracting and hiring great talent across all functions including sales, business development, technical support and commercial roles.

This is a hands-on, in-house recruitment role with ownership across the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding the hiring need and bringing a role to market through to sourcing, assessment and offer coordination.

Alongside proactive sourcing and talent mapping, you'll bring a data-led approach to talent attraction, understanding how to get the best from recruitment channels, where and how to position vacancies, and how employer brand influences candidate engagement. You'll use recruitment data and market insight to continually assess and report on what's working, adapt your approach and find innovative ways to reach the right talent.

You’ll report to the UK HR Manager locally and remotely to the European Talent Acquisition Lead, giving you the opportunity for close collaboration with UK&I as well as Teltonika’s global TA team.

Office location: Salford, Greater Manchester, Suite 2.1, Building 8, Exchange Quay, M5 3EJ.

In this role you will:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including engaging, screening, interviewing through to offer coordination

• Partner closely with hiring managers, local and remote, to understand hiring needs,providemarket insights, and drive effective hiring decisions
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in competitive talent markets
• Support and strengthen our employer brand across recruitment channels and social platforms including Linkedin
• Proactively source,identify, and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
• Collaborate with UK&I HR and remote European TA team to drive a standardised, best practice hiring experience for candidates and business stakeholders
• Use recruitment data and market insight to continually improve hiring outcomes
• Build andmaintaintalent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

What we expectofyou:

• Proven in-house recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience, owning vacancies through the full recruitment lifecycle
• Strong experience of talent attraction channels, understanding how to optimise job placement to generate the right candidate response
• Strong track record of proactive sourcing, headhunting and talent mapping, with the ability to identify, approach and convert passive candidates and build pipelines from scratch
• Experience using recruitment performance data to quickly understand effectiveness and inform hiring and attraction strategies
• Understanding of employer branding, with ability to translate employer proposition into compelling recruitment messaging and campaigns
• A creative and curious approach to recruitment, with examples of introducing or testing new sourcing methods, attraction or innovative hiring approaches
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with hiring managers at different levels, both onsite and remote teams
• The ability to work independently, plan and prioritise multiple vacancies and deliver against hiring objectives
• Experience working with structured processes and ATS platforms
