Job summary

Mixpanel in London seeks an experienced HR leader to own the EMEA GTM people strategy, shaping programs and policy across the UK, Spain and Israel. You’ll partner with GTM leaders as a trusted advisor, embedding HR programs into a fast-growing regional footprint.

You will drive workforce planning, talent strategy, and change initiatives, coach managers, and bring data-driven insights to leadership, with a bias toward automation and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR/People roles; 5+ years as HRBP, ideally supporting Sales or GTM.
• UK, Spain, and Israel employment law knowledge essential.
• Deep experience in two or more HR areas: talent management, employee relations, compensation, or policy.
• Proven ability to lead multi-country initiatives end to end.
• Strong analytical and PM skills with commercial judgment and empathy.
• Fluency with AI and automation tools for efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary People Business Partner for Mixpanel's EMEA GTM leadership.
• Coach GTM managers across EMEA to build high-performing teams.
• Lead multi-country change initiatives from strategy through rollout.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations matters across UK, Spain and Israel.
• Turn workforce data into actionable business insights for leaders.
• Collaborate with the broader People team on global programs.
• Maintain fluency in UK/Spain/Israel HR practices and policies.
• Build automation into workflows to speed transactional work.
