Teltonika UK is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the UK&I people agenda and support a growing cross-border team. You will partner with leadership to implement the five-year UK strategy, oversee performance appraisals, and ensure compliance with GB employment law.

Based in the Salford/Manchester area, the role offers a starting salary of £45,000 with a hybrid approach and four days in the office. You will develop local policies, analytics, and an engagement plan to attract and retain top

Qualifications

• Senior HR Generalist with knowledge of GB employment law.
• HR qualification such as BS/MS or CIPD Level 5.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop the UK people plan and contribute to the 5-year UK strategy.
• Oversee the performance appraisal system and local policy updates.
• Ensure employment law compliance across all HR processes.
• Provide training and support to line managers as required.
• Develop employee engagement and retention plans to strengthen retention.
• Collaborate with HQ and European teams on group-wide HR initiatives.
