Job summary

Teltonika UK&I is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, business development, technical support and commercial roles. This hands-on, in-house role involves understanding needs, sourcing, assessment and offer coordination with a data-led approach.

You will report to the UK HR Manager and collaborate with the European TA team, with a hybrid working policy and office in Salford, Greater Manchester.

Qualifications

• Experience driving end-to-end recruitment campaigns in-house.
• Ability to attract and engage top talent across multiple functions.
• Proven track record of proactive sourcing and building candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from need to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers locally and remotely to align hiring needs with market insights.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract top candidates in competitive markets.
• Support employer branding across recruitment channels and social platforms.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals.
• Collaborate with UK&I HR and remote European TA to standardise hiring experiences.
• Use data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and build pipelines.
