Job summary

Technimove Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the people experience—recruitment, onboarding, training, reward, employee relations and HR administration. This hands-on, 360° role works with the People & Talent Partner and SLT to deliver an engaging employee journey.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, onboarding coordination, policy updates, HR data management, and supporting development and engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with UK legislation.

Qualifications

• Level 5 CIPD qualification.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience using HiBob and Ashby.
• Experience within an SME and/or broad standalone HR role.
• Hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR operations.
• Experience screening candidates and conducting interviews.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach.
• A genuine "doer" who takes ownership and enjoys getting involved.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment process including screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding, inductions and mandatory training.
• Provide HR guidance to managers and employees.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with UK legislation.
• Support compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner with SLT on HR projects and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with data security and HR policies.
