Qualifications

• Senior HRBP/HR Manager with full lifecycle HR experience.
• Strong background in employee relations and TUPE transfers.
• Expertise in UK employment law and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR support to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead on complex Employee Relations matters including grievances and disciplinaries.
• Manage organisational change projects, restructures and redundancies.
• Lead TUPE transfers with Regulation 13 consultation compliance.
• Partner with leadership to implement people strategies aligned to objectives.
• Coach managers on employment law, risk management, and best practice.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent management and engagement initiatives.
• Support policy development and continuous HR process improvements.
