Job summary

We Are Adam in Warrington is recruiting an experienced HR Projects specialist to drive complex, high-impact change initiatives. This is a specialist role focused on delivery, turning strategic aims into well-governed outcomes in a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading HR projects (TUPE, restructures, reward, terms and conditions).
• Strong grounding in employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in unionised organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver HR elements of major change projects from scoping to completion
• Lead TUPE transfers, restructures and changes to working arrangements
• Collaborate with HR functions to ensure smooth implementation
• Lead formal consultations with trade unions and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policy at every stage
• Provide guidance on complex or sensitive HR issues
