Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to support a major transformation. The role focuses on TUPE transfers, redundancy and consultation, coupled with broader generalist HR across the employee lifecycle.

You will work closely with senior leaders and line managers, providing practical employment law guidance, robust ER handling, and proactive HR support in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Senior HR Generalist with a broad HR remit and credible experience.
• Strong TUPE experience including transfers and consultation processes.
• Experience with redundancy, restructuring and organisational change.
• Solid Employee Relations knowledge and risk management.
• Broad working knowledge of UK employment law and pragmatic advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of TUPE transfers, from preparation through to consultation and implementation.
• Prepare TUPE communications, employee consultations and supporting docs.
• Lead redundancy and organisational change programmes and related communications.
• Manage complex Employee Relations cases with practical, commercial advice.
• Coach managers on employment law and ER risk for consistent decisions.
• Provide end-to-end generalist HR support across the lifecycle.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support transformation initiatives.
• Manage sickness absence and health case management, including OH referrals.
• Support recruitment activity and effective use of ATS.
• Contribute to HR audit and development of policies and compliance.
