Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking an experienced TUPE Specialist to join a leading charity on a fixed-term basis in London, with hybrid work arrangements. The role covers the full TUPE lifecycle from due diligence to post-transfer integration, collaborating with managers, legal advisers, and transferring organisations.

You will need strong TUPE knowledge and UK employment law experience, plus good communication and HRIS skills. CIPHR experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or managing TUPE transfers.
• Experience of trade union consultation.
• Strong employee relations and organisational change experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling sensitive employee information; CIPHR is desirable.

Job description

Location: London - Hybrid

Salary: £45,875.00

Duration: 6 month FTC

Morgan Hunt are looking for an experienced TUPE Specialist to join our client, a leading charity, on a fixed term basis.

You will support the full TUPE lifecycle, from due diligence and Employee Liability Information (ELI) through to consultation, transfer and post-transfer integration. You will work closely with managers, legal advisers, trade unions, employee representatives and transferring organisations to ensure transfers are delivered smoothly and in line with employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support TUPE transfers into and out of the organisation.
• Coordinate TUPE project plans, timelines and risk logs.
• Undertake HR due diligence and prepare ELI.
• Support employee and trade union consultation.
• Provide advice on TUPE-related employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary issues and changes to terms and conditions.
• Prepare employee communications and transfer documentation.
• Coordinate HRIS and payroll updates.
• Support onboarding and integration of transferring employees.
• Provide clear, practical advice to managers on employment law and TUPE risks.

About you

You will have:
