Job summary

Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland) is seeking a Senior HR Case Advisor within the People Solutions and Experience team of the HR and Workforce Development department. You will deliver end-to-end policy and case management advice to managers across PSD Scotland and Partner organisations, ensuring compliant, practical outcomes.

You will manage complex HR casework including conduct, grievance, bullying and harassment, and guide panel members through hearings with a coaching approach

Qualifications

• Experience in managing complex HR casework, including conduct and grievance.
• Experience in high-risk hearings and appeals.
• Associate or Chartered CIPD membership or progress toward accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice to managers.
• Support and advise panel members during formal meetings.
• Balance organisational requirements with fair, consistent outcomes.
• Manage Case Advisors and workload.
