Job summary

Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland) is recruiting an HR Business Partner for an 18-month fixed-term/secondment, to provide strategic HR leadership across directorates from Gyle Square, Edinburgh or Delta House, Glasgow. The role offers hybrid working with a 36-hour week and requires UK residency.

You will drive workforce and people strategies, partner with leadership, and ensure high-quality HR services across PSD Scotland, supporting continuous improvement and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level with membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence managers and leaders across a large organisation

Responsibilities

• Lead, shape and drive the development of directorates' workforce and people strategies
• Partner with directorates to provide strategic HR leadership and direction
• Ensure professional HR services and support are delivered across the organisation
