Job summary

Progeny is seeking an experienced People Operations Partner to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping the people strategy to驱rive business performance, talent development and cultural alignment across divisions.

This fixed-term maternity cover role bridges HR administration with strategic people management, focusing on stakeholder engagement, organisational design and succession planning to support the business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering (3+ years, essential).
• Solid understanding of HR/People processes incl. talent development and employee experience.
• Strong stakeholder management with executive-level influence.
• Ability to foster cross-functional alignment and uncover opportunities.
• CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification desirable or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
• Bridge day-to-day HR administration with strategic people management and process improvement.
• Lead transformation programmes from a people perspective and mentor stakeholders.
• Support organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure readiness.
• Drive high-performance culture through performance management, recognition, and career development.
• Manage complex employee relations and provide guidance on employment law.
