The Progeny Group Limited is recruiting a People Operations Partner/HR Business Partner for a fixed-term maternity cover in Leeds. You will partner with senior leaders to shape people strategy, drive organisational design and talent development while bridging day-to-day HR with strategic people management.

You will collaborate with the wider People team to deliver initiatives that support business objectives, governance, and employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years in HR Business Partnering or equivalent
• KPI/people metrics, ER and casework experience
• Strong stakeholder management at senior levels (executive/board)
• Solid understanding of talent development and organisational effectiveness
• Experience driving culture change and cross-functional alignment

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives
• Lead organisational design, workforce planning and succession planning
• Drive People Operations initiatives and transformation programmes
• Coach leaders to improve performance, engagement and development
• Shape culture change, embedding values and inclusive leadership
• Oversee talent strategies, learning pathways and capability frameworks
• Support learning, ER guidance, policy application and process improvements
