Artis Recruitment Ltd is supporting an organisation in Birmingham to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner on a 12-month maternity cover. The role focuses on supporting managers across a large-scale operation, shaping people decisions and ensuring HR practices run smoothly.

Based in Birmingham with travel to Manchester, Lincoln and occasionally London, you’ll be partnering with operational leaders, handling complex employee relations, and contributing to talent, development and reward

Qualifikationen

• Solid HR business partner experience with ability to operate independently.
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site private sector operations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and handle difficult conversations.
