Job summary

Artis HR is supporting an organisation in Birmingham to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner on a 12-month maternity cover. You will act as a trusted partner to operational leaders, guiding people decisions and HR policy implementation across a large-scale operation.

The role involves supporting complex employee relations, contributing to talent, development and reward initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as an HR Business Partner in a multi-site private sector operation.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and handle difficult conversations.
• Strong generalist HR knowledge, including complex employee relations.
• CIPD qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted partner to operational leaders on people challenges and policy implementation.
• Support managers with employee relations matters, talent, development and reward initiatives.
• Shape people decisions and HR practices across a large-scale operation.
• Manage relationships and priorities while travelling between sites as required.
