Job summary

Stratton HR seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to join its consultancy team in the UK. You will partner with senior leaders across multiple clients, guiding growth, transformation and change with practical, commercially focused HR solutions.

You will lead complex HR projects, advise on employment law, talent acquisition and people strategy, and deliver day-to-day HR support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as HR Business Partner in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading organisational change and design initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering strategic recruitment solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Strong commercial awareness and practical HR advice.

Responsibilities
