My client is looking to build a world-class People Partnering team and is seeking highly commercial, strategic, and innovative HR Business Partners to join their organization. The ideal candidates are high impact and potential future leaders.

Key accountabilities for the role include:

  1. Interpreting the business strategy into clear deliverables.
  2. Collaborating with the broader HR team, business functions, and centres of excellence to drive HR initiatives.
  3. Enabling a highly engaged culture and providing support in talent management, succession planning, development, and leadership.
