Job summary

Innovo Global Talent in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Senior HR Assistant to join a fast-paced, supportive environment. You will partner with managers, support employees, and own key people processes including T&C changes and consultations.

We value practical HR experience, strong UK employment law knowledge, and excellent communication. CIPD Level 3 is desirable but not essential; candidacies with a proven track record are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Senior HR Assistant or HR generalist with operating experience.
• Experience supporting T&C changes, consultations, or change programmes.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• CIPD Level 3 desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees.
• Coordinate organisational change initiatives, including T&C changes and employee consultations.
• Manage employee relations cases (absence, performance, disciplinary, grievances).
• Assist with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
• Produce HR reports and support HR projects as required.
