Job summary

MacIntyre is seeking an HR Advisor to support its Milton Keynes office. You’ll be the go-to person for complex HR matters, coaching managers to ensure fair, legally sound decisions that genuinely support teams.

We’re looking for three years of HR advisory experience with a strong employee relations focus and solid UK employment law knowledge, plus CIPD Level 5 or equivalent. This is an office-based role with some national travel.

Qualifications

• At least three years' HR advisory experience with a strong Employee Relations focus.
• Solid UK employment law knowledge and the confidence to apply it in real situations.
• The ability to build trust with managers at all levels and give advice they'll actually act on.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for managers when complex HR issues arise: disciplinaries, grievances, absence, capability, flexible working, family leave.
• Coach and advise managers to ensure decisions are fair, legally sound and supportive to teams.
