KC Group seeks a Senior HR Advisor to join a busy HR team within a large public sector organisation. You will provide expert advice on employee relations and HR matters, guiding managers and driving best practice across the workforce.

This full-time temporary role is on-site with hybrid arrangements (2–3 days a week), 9:00–17:30. Aimed at candidates with UK employment law knowledge and complex ER experience, the position offers weekly pay and an umbrella option at £22.38 per hour.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Senior HR Advisor or equivalent in local authority/public sector/housing.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
• Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• CIPD qualification or working towards it is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Manage complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability matters.
• Support organisational change projects, restructures and workforce initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and procedures.
• Coach and guide managers on people management best practice.
• Contribute to HR projects and service improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare management information.
