Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a leading public sector business in Exeter, recruiting 2 HR Advisors on a 12-month temporary basis. The role offers hybrid working and an hourly rate of 17.97 plus holiday pay.

You will handle complex employee relations cases and coach managers on investigations, with field-based work across the region. The ideal candidate will have strong employee relations and employment law knowledge, experience with grievances, good problem-solving abilities, and

• Supporting with complex ER cases, specifically around grievances, including completing the full investigations
• Coaching managers and senior leaders regarding the investigation and outcomes
• Undertake field-based work around the area
