Job summary

Cpl Recruitment is partnering with a leading international law and advisory firm to recruit a Senior HR Advisor for their Belfast City office. This newly created standalone HR role will serve as the trusted HR partner for the Belfast office while collaborating with the wider UK HR team.

As Senior HR Advisor, you will support the full employee lifecycle, lead employee relations, drive engagement initiatives, and provide policy guidance.

The Opportunity

Cpl Recruitment is delighted to partner with a leading international law and advisory firm, to recruit a Senior HR Advisor for their Belfast City office.

This is a superb opportunity to join a highly respected organisation in a newly created standalone HR role, where you'll act as the trusted HR partner for the Belfast office while working closely with the wider UK HR team.

Your new role

As Senior HR Advisor, you'll provide expert support across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers, leading employee relations matters, driving engagement initiatives, and delivering people-focused solutions that support business success.

Duties will include:

• Working closely with the London HRBP teams, in providing proactive support to the Belfast partners, line managers and relevant business teams on all people-related matters, including employee relations issues.
• Acting as first point of call and trusted advisor to the Belfast partners ensuring any decisions are applied fairly and consistently.
• Supporting line managers with performance management issues and providing best practice guidance.
• Advising line managers and employees on all matters of HR policy, process and culture.
• Managing the probationary review process and supporting partners and/or line managers with any performance management concerns and next steps in line with the firm’s policies, where appropriate.
• Working alongside the Talent Acquisition team, supporting the recruitment process for roles across the Belfast team.This will include liaising with stakeholders, clarifying role requirements.

About You
