  • Assist with the development and delivery of wellbeing, recognition and pension-related initiatives.
  • Contribute to a variety of reward activities, including:
  • Salary benchmarking
  • Job evaluation and levelling
  • Gender pay gap reporting
  • Annual salary review processes
  • Produce meaningful management information and analytics to support business decisions.
  • Analyse market trends and benchmarking data, making recommendations for improvements to the firm's reward and benefits offering.
  • Build effective relationships with external brokers, insurers and benefits providers.
  • Partner closely with HR colleagues to provide expert advice and guidance on benefits-related matters.
  • Work collaboratively with Finance teams to manage benefits spend and reporting requirements.
  • Support employee communications and engagement initiatives in partnership with internal communications teams.
  • Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to ensure the firm's benefits package remains attractive and competitive.
  • Keep up to date with relevant legislation and compliance requirements impacting employee benefits.
  • Support the delivery of compliant and commercially focused benefits programmes across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Benefits professional with strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience.

You’ll possess:

  • The ability to analyse data, identify trends and make evidence-based recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and presenting recommendations with confidence.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem solving.
  • International benefits experience.
  • Exposure to reward activities, including salary benchmarking, pay reviews and job evaluation.
  • Experience working with flexible benefits platforms and employee recognition programmes.
  • Knowledge of pensions and wider financial wellbeing initiatives.
  • Professional qualifications such as CEBS, CIPD or similar.
  • Experience within legal or professional services organisations.
Why apply?
