This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded, forward-thinking employment team advising an impressive portfolio of UK and international clients on complex, commercially significant employment matters.
With a strong reputation in employment law and a genuinely international outlook, the team works at the forefront of workplace issues, helping businesses navigate legal risk, manage change and get the best from their people.
The opportunity
As a Managing Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice, developing client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the Belfast practice.

This includes employment litigation, senior executive matters, workplace investigations, restructures and redundancies, TUPE, restrictive covenants, discrimination, whistleblowing and wider workforce challenges.
You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across a wider UK and international network, supporting clients with multi-jurisdictional employment issues and cross-border projects.
This is a role for someone who wants more than technical legal work: you’ll be encouraged to build your profile, strengthen client relationships, contribute to business development and help develop the talent around you.
You’ll join a collaborative, ambitious and supportive environment where high-quality legal work goes hand in hand with professional development and meaningful client relationships.
The team combines deep employment law expertise with a broad commercial perspective, advising businesses on some of the most challenging and evolving issues in the workplace. You’ll have the opportunity to work with leading specialists, contribute to high-profile matters and develop your own practice within a well-established platform.
