Job summary

The Beauty Tech Group is seeking a Senior HR Advisor in the United Kingdom to support managers and employees across HR operations. You will handle complex employee relations, provide practical guidance, and ensure consistent application of policy and legislation.

You will supervise the HR Assistant, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to training, safety, and office administration. A CIPD qualification is a nice-to-have plus solid knowledge of UK employment law.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor role.
• Experience handling complex employee relations matters.
• Confident advising managers on sensitive or confidential issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice and guidance to managers and staff.
• Oversee day-to-day HR processes: onboarding, offboarding and absence management.
• Supervise and mentor the HR Assistant, delegating tasks and providing feedback.
• Support HR training, health & safety administration, and policy compliance.
• Assist with office and facilities administration as needed.
