Job summary

Frazer Jones is recruiting an HR Advisor to join a leading, highly regulated organisation in the Taunton area. You will manage a broad employee relations caseload, provide expert HR guidance, and partner with managers to drive best practice across the workforce.

The role requires robust ER experience, knowledge of UK employment law, and strong communication. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) is advantageous, with occasional travel and a focus on development within a supportive HR

Qualifications

• Experience in a People Advisor or HR Advisor role.
• Strong employee relations experience with the ability to manage complex casework independently.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of employee relations cases from start to finish (discipline, grievance, absence, performance).
• Coach and support managers on HR best practice and employment law.
• Lead investigations ensuring fair, compliant outcomes.
• Support employee engagement, performance management and people initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and HR processes.
